This policy describes how VIET ARGO CO., LTD. prepares, documents, and ships export orders of coconut shell charcoal, wood pellets, and briquettes.

1. Order Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 7–20 days after deposit confirmation, depending on order volume and packaging requirements. Peak-season orders (October–March) should be placed early to secure production slots and vessel space.

2. Packaging

Default export packaging is 10 kg / 15 kg / 25 kg woven or kraft bags inside containers, with palletization and desiccants on request. Custom branded packaging is available at agreed minimum quantities.

3. Container Loading

We load 20ft and 40ft/high-cube containers at our facility or at the port CFS. Each container is sealed under supervision, and the seal number is recorded on the Bill of Lading. Photographs of the loading process are shared with the buyer on request.

4. Shipping Terms

Our standard quotation term is FOB Cat Lai / Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. CIF and CFR to major ports in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe are available on request. Estimated transit times: 7–14 days to East Asia, 18–30 days to Europe and the Americas.

5. Export Documentation

For every shipment we provide the standard document set: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form B / E / non-preferential as applicable), Fumigation Certificate, and Phytosanitary Certificate where required. Inspection certificates (SGS or equivalent) are arranged per the Quality & Inspection Policy.

6. Delays and Changes

If vessel schedules or port operations change beyond our control, we notify the buyer immediately and agree a revised plan. Storage costs caused by buyer-side delays beyond 14 days after readiness notice are charged at actual cost.

7. Tracking and Support

Once the vessel departs, we send the draft Bill of Lading and tracking details, and remain available until cargo discharge and document handover are complete.
