VIET ARGO CO., LTD. supplies biomass fuel to industrial buyers who depend on consistent specifications. This policy describes how we control quality from raw material to container loading.

1. Raw Material Sourcing

Our coconut shell charcoal is produced from selected coconut shells carbonized in modern anaerobic steel kilns, which give uniform carbonization, low smoke, and long burn time. Wood pellets and briquettes are made from pure sawdust and wood residues without binders or chemical additives.

2. Typical Specifications

  • Coconut shell charcoal: fixed carbon ≥ 75%, ash 2–4%, moisture ≤ 5%, size 3–8 cm (custom sizing available).
  • Wood pellets: moisture ≤ 10%, ash ≤ 1.5%, density ≥ 650 kg/m³, diameter 6–8 mm.
  • Charcoal / sawdust briquettes: moisture ≤ 8%, high calorific value, low cracking rate.

Exact figures for each order are those agreed in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.

3. In-Process Control

Temperature and calcination time are monitored through every carbonization cycle. Before packing, products are screened, weighed, and sampled from each production lot.

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection

We welcome third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, Control Union, or equivalent) before loading. Sampling follows the agreed specification; the inspection report is attached to the shipment documents. Inspection costs are borne by the buyer unless the contract states otherwise.

5. Claims

Claims for quality discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 15 days of cargo discharge, supported by an independent laboratory report and photographs. Validated claims are resolved by replacement, price adjustment, or refund, agreed case by case.

6. Continuous Improvement

Feedback from end-users — burn performance, slagging behavior, ash residue — is recorded and used to refine kiln operation and blending. We are committed to long-term partnerships built on measurable, repeatable quality.
